Prepare a comfortable and undisturbed place, such as your bedroom. Make sure it is quiet and peaceful.  Then, sit or lie in a comfortable position, releasing tension in the body.

Use your imagination to consciously move this energy downward, letting it travel down your spine and exit through your root chakra (located in your coccyx). Visualize how this pure stream flows deep into the earth.

Now, once you are done with the previous step, imagine that pure stream as clean nourishing energy looping back from the earth. 


As the flow of energy rises, feel how it enters through the soles of your feet, as energy vortices that connect you to the earth. Then, visualize the stream moving upward through your legs and spine, while cleansing and energizing your whole body. Finally, imagine how it exits through your crown.


This step represents how, now that you have released all the negativity in your body, this healing energy brings renewal and recharges you with positive energy. Now, feel how your body experiences a sense of lightness, restoration, and strength. 


Step 4: Ground and Set an Intention


After completing the energy flow visualization exercise, it’s time to ground yourself with a sense of gratitude. Bring attention to the body and the present moment, deepening your self-awareness and feeling the positive change. 


Use grounding techniques, such as feeling your heart and bringing awareness to your breath.
